HertzOnDemand FAQs

  1. What is Hertz on Demand? – Hertz on Demand (referred as HoD from now on) is hourly car rental service provided by Hertz.
  2. Is it different from Hertz Car Rental? – It is different from Hertz regular daily rental because you need to be its member (membership card will be provided upon approval).
  3. What about the rates? – HoD offers competitive rates, starting from $5/hour for weekday rentals.
  4. EZ Pass on HoD cars? –  You are able to use EZ Pass on HertzOnDemand cars but quite a number of customers complained (on HOD FB fan page) that they are being charged for the EZ Pass months later. Just be prepared. From my personal experience, I have never been charged for EZ Pass tolls through my Hertz account.
